I'm just a working girl trying to feed my husband and like many of you, I don't have much time to do it!
My husband is a personal trainer and owns and operates a training company. So, he has to practice what he preaches and be a good example for his clients and colleagues. He is not good in the kitchen so that's where I come in. Over the years, I've had to learn my way in this healthy cooking world and I have a lot to share! After hearing many questions from people, I learned that there is a huge need out there for not only recipe type information, but tips and strategies in the kitchen in general. Stick with me and I'll give you tips that you can use in your everyday lives and I will hopefully present them in a fun and understandable way!
In mid-2013, I will release my first book. It will be a page by page guide including tips and strategies for cooking healthy and time management techniques for the busy body in all of us. There will be lots of photos and I will feature recipes and meals of a personal trainer.
